I am also having the same overload in ups mode issue with mine. When plugged into AC charging with nothing else connected it will eventually show overload, (Fault A005) and then I have to unplug it and cycle the AC switch on and off. otherwise it will sit in overload state and kill itself to 1 percent even when plugged in.
Can I get a firmware update as well please:
Hi @JoeD, We have already applied to push the latest version of firmware to your machine in 24 hours. Please upgrade it tomorrow.
Please do not load any device when upgrading it.
Please let us know if it works.
Unfirtunately, The firmware update did not solve the issue. The unit still throws an overload A005 Inverter Output fault after being plugged into charge for a while, causing it to stop charging, and eventually run the battery down, even though nothing is connected to the unit, besides the AC Charging cord, and all outputs are turned off. It is frustrating, because I can’t rely on this for any sort of power outage or backup because it seems it it always dead when I go to use it, unless I pay strict attention to it being charged, and unplug it then turn it off via the software app…this is not ideal, nor practical.
