EB3A overload when using as UPS

Unfortunately this looks like a common problem. I am on,
ARM - v2062.03
DSP - v2056.13
SN - EB3A2329001735951

If the new firmware does not fix my issue do I have to send it in for repair? Do I have to pay shipping!

Why is it so hard to get support for this product? Chat does not work either.

It’s a common problem with the EB3A unfortunately. Some of us are using external cooling fans with mixed results. Unfortunately mine still overheats even with the external fan when used as a UPS even with a small 40 watt load.
