Good morning,
I just bought a EB3a ; I charged 100%, but any kind of appliance I try to connect (a hairdryer , a small oven …) I get an immediate “OVERLOAD” result ; can you pls help me to solve the problem ? I am in Italy . The number on the box was EB3A2428002037174
@Enrica Recorded, firmware will be pushed within 24 hours. Please update then and check if the problem is solved.
Thanks a lot, it’s working fine now!
Bought the Bluetti EB3A 600W Portable Power Station 268WH. Tried to use the Samsung ML2165W A4 Mono Laser Printer - MML2165W/XFA and it doesnt work. Power consumption of the printer in use is less than 310w. Any advice?
Hi @Azraa, Please note that the instantaneous power of the printer during startup can be extremely high, 3-5 times higher than the rated power, which may cause the EB3A to be unable to handle the load.
We would like to know if the EB3A can normally power other electrical appliances. If yes, the problem with the EB3A itself can be ruled out.
We recommend testing the peak power of the printer. You may try purchasing a soft-start accessory or upgrading to a model with a higher power rating. Hope this helps.
Hi, yes it is able to power other devices like a laptop. But when connected the the printer it gives a SHORT error.
Hi @Azraa, Thank you for your confirmation. Since the EB3A can normally load other low-power devices, it proves that the unit itself has no malfunction. The “Short” alarm was triggered merely because overload.
Since the output power of the EB3A is insufficient to support this printer. We recommend upgrading to a larger model, such as the AC200L. I hope it does help.
