Hello! I received my new EB3A yesterday to use as a UPS for my pc.
I noticed that, when I remove the unit from the grid, it works as expected. But, when I reconnect it, it doesn’t charge.
In order to start charging, I have to either disconnect all my devices from the unit or turn off the AC and DC outputs. Only after doing that, the charging process starts right away. I can reconnect all my devices after that and it also powers them normally.
Is this expected? It’s annoying to have to turn off my pc, even with power available in the wall.
Note: I did the firmware upgrade in the app, configured the power lifting mode and charging in silent mode. My setup has around 100W of consumption and I have a 110v model.
