I have a EB3A that I used as UPS, now it does not power-on anymore. I tried plugging the AC cord nothing , I tried charging using DC, nothing. I tried to open the unit and then plug-it in in AC and there is a hissing sound in the board.
I hope someone can help me with this issue

Hi @M4rk9133, We wonder if your EB3A sitting unused for a long time before this problem started? We’re thinking it might have gotten over-discharged.
When you mentioned DC charging, what exactly were you using? Was that including car charging? Here’s an idea - try leaving it charging a bit longer, and maybe even try AC and DC charging at the same time. Sometimes that can help wake up a battery that’s in deep sleep mode.
