Recently bought an EB3A, but didn’t try using it until last week while I was camping. The unit showed it was fully charged but when I tried to charge my phone and watch via the USB-A and USB-C outputs after engaging DC power, there seemed to be no or extremely little power going to the devices and the Output display (and the app) was reading 000. I tried this again when I got home and I was briefly getting about 8 watts from the USB-C, but after a few minutes it went down to 0 and I haven’t been able to get any output from any of the USB ports (A or C). I’ve never used a power station like this before, so I can’t tell if the unit is faulty or I’m doing something wrong. Any thoughts on what I’m doing wrong (or if the unit may be defective)? Thanks in advance!
Hi @fauxtek, When the EB3A is connected to low-power devices, it may not display the output power. This is due to the low power level, which can lead to sampling errors. The lack of displayed output power does not mean that it is unable to provide output.
Could you please confirm if your phone or watch is actually charging?
