Good afternoon,
at my try to Update my EB3A to the latest firmware the Update failed. Now i cannot connect my EB3A with my BLUETTI app any more and cannot charge the unit via AC Input port. If I try to charge the unit via DC Input port the charge capacity stays at 35 %.
Any ideas what I Can do now f.e. repeat the Update ?

Hi @bluetti_steenlynetde, It seems that the upgrade for this phone has failed. Please follow these steps to troubleshoot:
- Update the Bluetti app to the latest version.
- Clear the cache and try upgrading again.
- Try using mobile data instead of Wi-Fi.
- If possible, test with another phone.

Sorry, because these recommendations did not solve the issue I got a warranty repair by BLUETTI in meantime. Now my EB3A works again as before. Thanks and best regards Andreas
