EB3A Firmware Update

Hi
I have an EB3A with what appears to be a common issue of cutting out at 25%, it used to be 20% but went up to 30%. I have run through the BMS discharge processes mentioned, and have only managed toi get down to 25% recently.
I have version ARM v2063.03, but it says I am at latest level, people seem to be having success with individually pushed 2063.04. Why is this not more readily available? When can I get this for mine and solve my BMS issues. Apart from that it works fine, I don’t want to keep reapeting the same discharge charge without gaing any benifits. Beside I need to use it this weekend, so will be on solar and use for next three days.

PS
I am looking to buy another bigger system, over a KWh but I was intending to get Bluetti but would like to confirm my problem on my EB3A can be solved, and long term support is good and before committing.

Hello, i have one of these babies as well your EB3A is most likely out of balance, you need to connect it to the power source to charge it in silent mode and let it sit without interruption, 48 hours is ideal time for it then you need to train the BMS, discharge to 0 with a constant load of 100 to 150 (it should not cut off early anymore) then charge it back to 100 in silent mode and you are done, do not let it rest while balancing do it right away because voltage changes. This needs to be done every 3 to 6 month
I recommend hanging a 12v computer fan from outside from the side as well to blow air in. DON’T POWER OR USE STATION FOR IT MAKE SURE POWERSTATION BUTTONS ARE OFF AND NOT POWERING ANYTHING.
Also sometimes gauge is off and battery is balanced and you need fix that with the same method, remember voltage of fully charged battery is 3.6v per cell, resting voltage is 3.4 and also self discharge over weeks adds to this issues while percentage shows 100 percent anyway, if you are not planning to use the station for days to come do Not leave it at 100 percent go with 60 to 70 percent
EB3A balancer is passive not active so you gotta let it sit like that from time to time, make sure its not powering anything and buttons are off
Cheers.
