I have only used the EB3A once since purchasing in May 2025. It was put away with approximately 80% charge. I plugged it in today and it was down to 15% and dropping with nothing plugged in. When the screen turns off, I can’t restart the unit. When I unplug then plug the unit back in, I can use the app to turn AC/DC on and off. The light shows on in the app but no LED light turns on. When I turn on DC, I get “Short” displayed. The notification says A026. The unit will not charge and continue to discharge. This was purchased May 17, 2025, thru Amazon.
