As above, Connected as instructed. Using cable that cabe with my Bluetti solar panel to connect Charger 1 to to EB3A. Meter right to DC connecter is 27V. Plug it into the E3 BA, no input. Solar panel starts charging it right away.
Waiting on tech support to return call as well.
Hi @Dyolfknip, We’re not entirely sure how you installed and connected this Charger 1. Has your vehicle already been started? Could you please take some photos to show us how it’s connected? Also, is the app showing any error codes? If so, please let us know the specific error code.

It was connected as instructions say to connect. Vehicle was running. Everything showing good on App. Input is 14.1v and it says it was outputting 28v. Nothing happens when i plug the connector into my E3BA. If i disconnect the Charger and plug my solar panel in, the E3BA starts DC charging instantly.
When I called yesterday, they didnt give me service ticket number, just that I would be contacted on email. I reached out here hoping the community might know.
I have no pics becuase i only had it set up temporary because I wanted to test before installing completely.
