EB3A Can't change charging mode

I have EB3A - EB3A2249002573195
ARM - v2053.08
DSP - v2052.11

I’m trying to change the charging mode from silent to standard in the mobile app, but it doesn’t change the mode.
Mobile app: v2.3.3
What should I do to change it to standard? I don’t know how to do a factory reset. I have upgraded my unit to the latest firmware version, but it doesn’t help.

@ASIMER this is due to an issue with the Bluetti app. You will need to update to the latest version of the app to fix this issue. I understand it is mostly affecting the iPhone version of the app and Android doesn’t appear to be affected.

Hi @ASIMER , I agree with @Erebus 's opinion. Regarding the issue with switching charging modes, our app technical engineers have identified the problem.
Now we release the new version of the Bluetti app, please updating the app to resolve the issue.
