Hey @BLUETTI_CARE @BLUETTI I recently bought an EB3A from my local store and I have the same issue. Can you help me unbind it as well please? Serial Number is EB3A2502000758897. Thank you.
There should be a manual override to unbind these units. Say a sequence of buttons to unbind the unit to reset it back to factory default. I am not a fan of vendor lock-in.

Hi @sealy1986, We fully understand how you and many other users feel. It is indeed troublesome that customers cannot unbind the device by themselves.
However, our setup is designed for safety purposes and to protect users’ property security.
In cases where a customer’s power station is stolen, they will contact us, provide their order information, and specify that a machine with a certain SN number is not allowed to be unbound. At that time, we will assist them in protecting the rights and interests of legitimate users.
