EB3A AC output randomly shuts down when in ups mode

Hi!
I bought eb3a somewhere at the end of 2024 and used it quite rarely. Russia began to actively shell power generation systems in Ukraine, and now I needed my little charging station.

I use it in combination with a laptop and monitor. The monitor is powered by AC, and the laptop is powered by DC type-C. When only the monitor is running, it consumes 10-20W (sometimes less and therefore does not show).
Everything worked fine for a month, but now the station can randomly turn off the AC output without any warning. DC continues to work, the station does not turn off. The station clicks (as when turning AC on/off), the AC icon flashes, and the monitor goes blank.
This definitely happens in UPS mode. It may also occur without UPS (when there is no power). It can work all day and then turn off every couple of minutes. That is, randomly.
I updated the firmware (the problems started right after that), turned off eco mode, tried to increase the AC load - it didn’t help. Power lifting never used.
90% time used Silent charge and ~last month Standart.

I bought EB3A this year. For several weeks I have been using it in UPS mode with a gas boiler in standard charging mode. During the battery charging process, when the charge reaches 100%, the station constantly turns off the AC output. After manually turning on the AC output again, the station turns it off again during subsequent battery charging from 99% to 100% for 3-4 hours. The boiler was working in standby mode at this time and consumed less than 10 W of electricity. The same is observed when there is no electricity consumption from the AC output. The DC output does not turn off when the battery charge reaches 100%. I do not know whether the station turns off in the same way at loads above 10 W. In silent charging mode, such a bug is not observed. I haven’t tried charging the station in turbo mode with the AC output on, so I don’t know if the AC output will turn off when it reaches 100% charge in turbo mode.

Did the new firmware help solve the problem of spontaneous shutdown of the AC output?
