Hello.
I have a Bluetti EB3A connected to the electricity in my apartment, and there are no power surges. However, when I set the charging mode from Standard to Silent, I notice that every 10-20 minutes the AC output stops providing energy for around 1 second. This brief interruption is enough to temporarily turn off devices connected to the AC output. This issue does not occur in the Standard charging mode.
Has anyone else experienced this problem? Any advice or solutions would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance for your help!

Hi @Ihor_P
Thanks for reporting your issue! Thats definitely not a normale behavior. Be sure you update to the latest firmware.
@BLUETTI_CARE Maybe you can have a look at this?

Hi @Ihor_P , We found that your DSP is already updated to the latest version, so we are unable to upgrade the firmware. Our R&D department has received similar feedback but has been unable to replicate the issue, so a solution is not yet available.
We recommend contacting the seller to arrange for a repair. Our warehouse will replace the faulty mainboard with a new one and send the defective board back to the factory for analysis. We hope to find the cause and solution as soon as possible.
Thank you for @Selfmadestrom 's help and reminder.
