EB3A A005 Inverter Output Fault

Hi, I have an EB3A, that will not recharge without erroring. The screen says overload, and the app says A005 Inverter Output Fault. There is nothing plugged in, and it errors about 80-90% charging at 100W on grid power. I have tried putting a load and draining to 0 and recharging again and same error.

The Serial is EB3A2237000307682
ARM v2062.02

Hi @jay397, For this issue, we recommend removing all loads and restarting the device—does the error still occur?
If it does, unfortunately, the problem cannot be fixed by upgrading the firmware. We suggest contacting customer service to arrange for warranty service.
