Hi i have an eb200p which has worked flawlessly over the last couple of years, but now will not turn on A/C or D\C THE screen just stays lite with screen saying off and setup option don’t respond also any ideas?

Please follow these methods to troubleshoot the issue:
- Please confirm that the AC output is turned on.
- Check in the APP to ensure all firmware is up to date.
- The AC output frequency of the device must match the frequency of the connected load.
- Ensure that the ambient temperature is within the machine’s discharge temperature range.
- Check if the machine is reporting any error codes.
- Click on the AC output icon in the APP to enter the AC output information screen and check if the AC output voltage is normal, or use a multimeter to measure the voltage at the AC output port.
- If there are no issues with the above checks, try connecting other devices as a load.
- Charge the machine with AC and see if it can handle the load while in UPS mode with grid bypass. If it can handle the load with grid bypass but reports an error when off-grid, it indicates that our machine cannot support that load.
