Hey team!
I have an EB200 which I have used constantly since 2022. It is excellent but it has recently developed a few faults. As it is not under warranty, I would like to try and fix it myself. It currently is showing:
026.battery low voltage
029.NTC error
030.calibration failure
However it is also shown that the third temperature sensor on the BMS is showing -25°C when the others are showing between 20 and 25°C. This suggests that there is a temperature sensor error and so I need to replace that, I expect!
There have also been other errors showing and the alarm icon is permanently highlighted in orange.
I am unable to turn on either the DC or the AC outputs but the system has 100% charge.
Please see the images below for reference. Any help or guidance would be hugely appreciated as I live off grid and rely on this fantastic unit.





Hi @Carnage, Regarding this issue, we would like to know if the EB200 can be charged normally. Please try various charging methods, including car charging and solar charging. Then, does restarting help?
Regarding the problem with the temperature sensor, please rule out the impact of ambient temperature. If repair is needed, please contact our customer service team.

I have been able to charge it with the mains charger that uses 230 V. I have tried restarting it and that does not help if you are able to detail how I rule out the impact of ambient temperature then I will do so.
