Hello,
I’m experiencing an issue with my Bluetti EB150.
Unit details:
- Model: EB150
- Error code: E014
Problem description:
When I turn on the AC output, the unit immediately shows error E014 and the AC outlets do not work. However, DC and USB outputs are working normally, and the unit charges without any issues.
What happened:
The issue appeared during normal use. I was using the AC outlet to power a laptop charger, and everything was working as usual. Then the AC output suddenly stopped working, and the error E014 started appearing.
What I tried:
- Restarting the unit
- Turning AC on/off
- Testing without any devices connected
The issue still persists.
The unit was not heavily used and was working perfectly before this. I really like Bluetti products and hope this can be resolved.
Could you please advise if there is any reset procedure, repair option, or replacement available?
Could someone help?
Vlad

- Please disconnect any external devices and restart the AC. If no error code is displayed, the issue is resolved. This may be due to the device operating outside the product’s specified usage range.
- If the error code still appears, please provide photos and the serial number (SN) for further assistance.

Please disconnect any external devices connected to the AC unit and restart it. If no error code appears after restarting, the issue is likely resolved and may have been caused by operating outside the recommended usage range.
However, if the error code still persists, kindly share clear photos of the unit along with the serial number (SN) so we can assist you further.
We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to resolving this for you.
Hi,
I’ve already tried disconnecting all external devices and restarting the AC output, but the issue still persists. The unit continues to show error code E014 and the AC outlets are not working.
This happened during normal use — I was using a standard laptop charger, and everything was working fine before the AC output suddenly stopped. The unit was not overloaded and used under normal conditions.
Here are the requested details:
Serial number (SN): 8068PB20010034
Please advise on the next steps.
Thank you.
