My EB150 has been working fine for the last 9 months. Solar, wattage, everything was working perfectly. Then today, I decide to check the charge and my display lights up to a white screen, not showing any information that I can detect-just a white screen.
Am I the only one having this problem. Unit is still working, charging, outputting, just no usable display. No idea what to do!
Should I try a reset? If so, how do I do it without a display. I will be calling Bluetti but I thought I would look here first.

Oh I have an EB 240 and I’m having the same problem. My green truck on lights on all the time but I can’t reset anything and there’s nothing on the screen it’s black it’s not even white it’s just stays dark and nothing works. Any suggestions?
@BLUETTI_CARE The Screen is not available. It would be a Solution, but I can‘t find another store. Without this screen the Powerstation is „dead“. Where can i get the screen ? greatings
same here ( EB150) a reset without display ist not possible. Loading a few hours ist not a solution. The green light ist on. Have someone a solution. The support von Bluetti only say Reset with on button ad then ac Button. But without Screen / display it`s not possible. Hope i find a solution. greatings
