E114 Error on AC60

Hi Bluetti support,

I can’t charge my AC60. E114 error is still present after following the instructions from warning:

  1. Upgrade firmware. App tells f/w is latest
  2. Enabled Grid Self-adaption
  3. Set charging mode to Silent.

Here are my AC60 unit information

  • S/N: AC602436000004091
  • DSP: v2075.04
  • ARM: v2076.07
  • BMS: v1030.07
