I’m from Ukraine and currently using an AC70P. I keep encountering the E114 error whenever the voltage drops. Would it be possible to provide a custom firmware with slightly modified thresholds so the unit can cope better in such situations?

Hello，Please check in the app to see if the firmware version is the latest.
Please enable the grid adaptive mode in the “Advanced Settings” of the app.
Please try setting the charging mode to silent mode.

I’m in Ukraine, where power supply is unstable due to ongoing shelling of power plants, resulting in frequent voltage drops.
I’ve already checked the documentation and tried Silent Mode with Grid Adaptive Mode, but this hasn’t helped. The unit is connected directly to the grid — no inverter or generator is involved.
