E113 Error On AC2P Unit

I just purchased several hours ago a AC2P unit and it’s prompting an E113 Grid Voltage High Error. Currently unit is not charging but about 1 hour ago it did charge to 100 then while I was testing it the E113 error appeared again and it’s not charging.

Tried the suggestion on turning the charging to silent, enabling grid self-adaptation and upgrading the firmware but it’s still no luck.

Directly plugged in to wall charger and grid voltage is at 246.5 V currently.

IOT v9046.04
ARM v2146.04
DSP v2136.01

Hello, please tell me the sn code of your device.

and Here are some steps to help troubleshoot your device:

  1. Please check in the APP to ensure that the firmware version is up to date.
  2. In the APP, go to “Advanced settings” and enable the grid adaptive mode.
  3. Try setting the charging mode to silent mode.
  4. If you are using a wall charger and have confirmed steps 1-3 but it still does not work, please provide your SN code and DSP firmware information so we can have our technical team push the firmware to you.
  5. If you are charging the AC2A with another inverter (such as EcoFlow), please check if the wall charger can charge normally. If the wall charger works fine, it may indicate that the inverter or generator output voltage or frequency is unstable and exceeds our machine’s input range. In this case, please provide the SN code and firmware information for our technical team. You can find the SN in the APP settings and the firmware information in the “firmware upgrade” section.
  6. If the above steps do not resolve the AC charging issue:
  • Please long press the ACON and DCON buttons to enter the settings menu, then long press the DC ON button until you reach the VE screen to check if the current calibrated voltage corresponds to your region (e.g., 120V corresponds to the U.S. 120V). If it does not match, please contact our technical team.
  • In the APP, click on the AC input icon to enter the AC input screen, record a video, and then contact our technical team.

If you have any further questions or need assistance, please let me know!

Thanks for the reply. Please see response below:

  1. Yes, firmware is up to date with the 3 modules, IOT, ARM, and DSP.
  2. Grid Self-adaption is enabled in app.
  3. Charging mode is set to Silent
  4. S/N: AC2P2529000909105. DSP: v2136.01
  5. N/A. Unit is plugged in directly to wall outlet.
  6. Tried this and the display is 2529 00(105) 0909

I noticed that during the morning. the unit is charging because the voltage is around 243.3V compared to the voltage during the evening which is reaching 246.5 V. Is there any way to fix this?

I have registered you for the new DSP firmware upgrade. Please wait patiently.
