Does not turn on AC DC Bluetti AC200Max

They are bothering you from Ukraine. Our cultural center was given a Bluetti AC200Max charger last year. And recently, I can’t turn on DC and AC, bluetooth won’t turn on, it won’t turn on, and the time and date won’t change. No accidents are displayed. The menu is scrolled, information is displayed, the sound is turned on and off. Battery charge 100%. The display sensor is working. Suspect software.
On the back of the display there is a slot for a memory card, it is possible or not to update the software through it, because through the application I cannot connect to the device, bluetooth does not turn on (as I indicated earlier). And share with me the instructions and the firmware file.

@Nikolay We’re sorry that firmware upgrades can only be done via a Bluetooth connection.

Have you tried doing a factory reset in the settings menu? If it works (I’m not sure it could be that the touchscreen is broken) it can activate Bluetooth because by default Bluetooth is activated I believe.

I have the same problem with my AC200 Max. AC/DC is not operational from the touchscreen. It click and beeps but does not turn on. Still works with Bluetooth app.
