Disappearing DC OUT in App 2.3.18

I’ve had a curious phenomena ever since updating the Bluetti app to 2.3.18 on Android.
When I start the app and I click on my Bluetti Elite 200 V2 icon, the DC output and the AC output show up with it’s distinctive toggles, just as I used it to be. But after just a second the DC output toggle completely disappears and thus you can’t operate it via the app.
The AC output toggle is the only one that remains.

If I turn the the DC output one the unit manually, it perfectly shows in the app how much Watt there is being used.
Everything is up-to-date. This started to occur since the upgrade to the latest app.
I hope there will be a fix soon, because it’s such a wonderful unit!

I can confirm it’s in the app. De-installed v 2.3.18 and installed v 2.3.17 and everything works like a charm.

You could try to do a reinstall of the app to see if that fixes the problem.

I already tried to reinstall the app 2.3.18 but that didn’t solve anything.
Also 2.3.18 has the same behaviour if I install it on another Android device.

With 2.3.17 everything works ok.

This really is app related and I hope that the developers take a look at it.

Hi @Widjai, We have indeed discovered this problem and have urgently fixed it. Please uninstall the Bluetti app, then download the latest version. After that, rebind this Elite 200 V2. Has this been helpful? We look forward to your feedback.
