Differences between PV350L and PV350D Panels?

I purchased two refurbished PV350 panels from the official eBay store. Unfortunately, one of them appears to be a 350L panel, and the other a 350D. I was intending to hook up the two PV350 in parallel to charge my Apex 300. Does anyone know the differences between the 350L and 350D, and if they are compatible to be wired together in series or parallel to a single XT60 port?
