Difference between sun panel PV200 and MP200

Hi,

I’m looking for the best combination between an AC180P and a sun panel. I can’t find the difference between the bluetti sun panels, PV200 and the MP200.
Does anyone know what the difference is between those two?

Hi @Wim

welcome to the bluetti community forum!

There are a few things actually that different between thoose panels.

MP200 have a lower voltage which means you could put more of them in series until reach the voltage limit of the MPPT. It also have a higher efficiency rating and is IP67 protected. But it is bigger and more heavy than a PV200.

I have both of them. PV200 did a great job last year, my MP200 still sitting here and wating for its first use.

If you think about in buying one, the MP200 is about half the price from the PV200 in the official store. It really depends what important to you, both panels have theyre advantages, but right now, i would buy another MP200 instead of more PV200. Its just more premium feel in my opinion.

What matters to me is the output of the solar panel. I use the power station as a backup for power outages or when on vacation. I couldn’t find the MP200 on Bluetti.com, so I was worried it might be an old model.

Interesting, didnt know this site before. On this site, you can select ypu region and shop.

There you also should find the both panels. Power Ouput is for both 200W, higher efficiency would mean more power in low light.

The suppliers for these two models of solar panels are different, so the manufacturing processes and specs vary slightly. There is no distinction between “new and old models,” kindly no worries. You can choose the one that best suits your actual needs and the details on the purchase page.

It has been confirmed that this website is the official site for the B2B department and belongs to BLUETTI (not a third-party distributor), so please feel free to buy.
