Hi all,
sometimes the Bluetti APP mark my AC200L as offline / disconnectecd from cloud, even for entire weeks. After some troubleshooting i found this happen when my phone resolve iot.bluettipower.com with a different IP than my AC200L (which is sending all his data to iot.bluettipower.com on TCP port 18760),
DNS record iot.bluettipower.com has a 30 seconds TTL, actually cycling between this two IPs:
47.253.45.39
47.254.169.86
When AC200L resolve iot.bluettipower.com with 47.253.45.39 and my phone with 47.254.169.86 → APP show AC200L as offline; as soon as i force DNS resolution to the same IP (or play with iptables DNAT…) then AC200L appear connected to the cloud.
Has anyone found this strange behaviour?, unfortunately when i use my phone outside my home network i can’t force DNS resolution for the APP same as for the AC200L (different DNS used by them), maybe it’s a Bluetti bug waiting for a fix?.
Regards,
Luigi

Hi @luigi_tomaselli, Thank you for providing the detailed information.
We have already applied to push the latest IoT firmware to your device.
Our IT department will push it to your unit in 24 hours.
Please upgrade the firmware tomorrow. Please do not load any device when upgrading it.
Please let us know if it works.
By the way, have you enabled a VPN on your cellphone? If the VPN is turned on, a mismatch between your actual location and the VPN server address may also cause the failure to connect to Wi-Fi.
