Good afternoon. I purchased a Bluetti AC 200PL device and am trying to connect through the application. The phone sees the device, but when trying to connect “Add Device” it says “Device dose not exis”. The same thing is written when trying to connect manually and scanning the QR code on the back of the device. Please recommend what to do.
Hi @YevheniiOs, It seems that you can’t connect the new AC200PL successfully, can you confirm the EB3A is connected well?
Here are some basic troubleshooting steps for connection issues:
Bluetooth Connection Troubleshooting:
- Check Device Settings:
○ Verify if the Bluetooth function on your device is enabled. Long press the AC+DC power buttons to check if the Bluetooth icon is displayed on the top right of the LED screen. If not, switch to the P06 page using the DC button and press the AC button to enable the Bluetooth function. - Restart the Device.
- Restart Bluetooth:
○ Turn off and on the Bluetooth function on both the device and your phone. - Offline Mode:
○ Log out of the account and try offline mode to directly connect via Bluetooth. If it connects, the issue may be with the phone signal. - Unbind and Rebind:
○ If the device is already bound, unbind it and try reconnecting. - Reinstall the App:
○ Try reinstalling the app.
For any unresolved issues, please contact our support team at service@bluettipower.com and include the SN of your device. We will assist you further.
I have followed all the recommendations, but the problem remains unresolved. Regarding Bluetooth: the device is connected to the phone and can be managed through the app via the Bluetooth button. The main issue is that I cannot add the device as “My Device.” The error “Device does not exist” appears after trying to add the device through “Add Device” or “My Devices.” Consequently, I cannot control it via Wi-Fi. I should mention that Wi-Fi on the device is turned on.
It is not my device. Neighbours.
The App has actually WLan trouble since a few updates, after last update its more stable and the device will more often found.
If I had connection problems/trouble, I deactivate the Handy/Tablet-WLan and activate it after reconnection my Bluetti will be found. (helps most times after last updates…)
I encountered the exact same problem, but on the AC180P. I also followed all the recommendations but still got the “Device does not exist” error. It looks like my serial number isn’t in the official Bluetti database or something like that.
Hi @T4ddy, We have looked into the matter and found that there is indeed an issue with your SN code. It appears that your SN code was not entered into the system, which is why it cannot connect.
Have you had any recent repairs? This issue cannot be resolved through a firmware upgrade, so we recommend contacting customer service to arrange a return for repair.
As far as I know, there wasn’t any repair. Thank you for the info. I will contact the reseller.
Hi @T4ddy, Thank you for getting back to us so quickly.
Can you tell us which platform you purchased it from, and whether it is a new machine or a refurbished one?
I think the reseller will provide a good warranty service. Please feel free to contact us if you need more help.
I bought it from a local reseller in Kyiv, Ukraine. It must be new one as I know. I am currently in contact with the reseller regarding warranty service. Anyway thank you for the help!
Please, let me know, if your problem will be solved.
I also live in Kyiv and bought my devise here.

Hi @T4ddy, Can you confirm that the issue you’re experiencing is the same? You can see the SN code through the app, but it prompts 'Device does not exist”.
We would like to investigate this matter. Could you please provide the Serial number barcode located on the bottom of the machine? This is a different set of numbers from the SN code. Hi @YevheniiOs, can you provide your Serial number too? I have attached a photo for reference.
Hi @BLUETTI_CARE! Yes, exactly as you described. I don’t have anything on the bottom of the AC180P, only on the side (photo 1). There’s also the same SN and one more barcode on the box (photo 2). The AC180P is detected in the “Available Device” list (photo 3), but I get an error when trying to add it to my account (photo 4).
Hi @T4ddy, Thank you for letting us know, I have reported it to our R&D department, and hope they can investigate it as soon as possible.
Hi @YevheniiOs, Thank you for the information you provided.
Our R&D department is currently discussing a solution to the issue, but it may take some time to get an answer.
If you are in a hurry, we recommend contacting customer service to arrange for a repair.
If you are unsure about how to contact customer service, please send us your order number and email, and we will connect you with the appropriate customer service team.
The station works great. I have no reason to contact the service center. There I was told that the manufacturer should enter my serial number into its database and it will be possible to add the device via the application.
I couldn’t finish registration without my serial number from my new-today AC200PL. Bluetti should really mark it better… needed a magnifying glass plus my glasses!
Now I see “device does not exist” when I try to connect with bluetooth. WifiDoesn’t connect at all.
Hi @YevheniiOs, Regarding this issue, we are currently unable to resolve it remotely. The machine will need to be returned to our warehouse for processing.
Did you purchase the machine from an authorized dealer? If they are unwilling to arrange the return, could you please send us a message with the platform you purchased from and your order number? We will coordinate and arrange the return for you.
