Using the AC300+B300 in a UPS mode for refrigerators, the biggest issue for me is the AC output being able to completely discharge the batteries, causing a system reset, which leaves the AC output off upon restart. If I’m gone during a power outage, we lose the food. I would like the system to turn off the AC outputs before the batteries are fully discharged, so it can maintain itself and turn them back on when the grid power and/or PV power return. Please put this feature in a (near) future software upgrade.

I would also like to make maximum use of PV power when there is enough to both charge the batteries and drive the AC outputs. As I observe the system currently operating, it always draws power from the grid if it has a load on the AC outputs. I would like to be able to set an SOC level above which the grid power input is completely disabled.

I would like a reply from the developers as to whether or not they will work on this. If not, I will find a way to do it externally but it will not be as clean, efficient, or cost effective. Please do it.

It would be nice when the AC300 remembers it’s output state and resumes that when the power is back. So if AC was turned on while the battery reaches 0%, it should turn AC back on when power is restored and the battery has enough charge to enable AC again.

@sgsebe Hi Steve, thank you for the input, but sorry that this function cannot be implemented right now. Currently, the machines operate on a load-priority strategy and cannot actively disable output.
