MY EB3A goes dead if not on ups, hit dc gets error A026 code, unplug from ac wall goes dead… plug back into wall works again says 100%
@bluetti_rmneswickmsncom When plugging in the AC charging cable, turn on the AC and DC buttons of the machine. After 30 minutes to 1 hour, the machine will drop from 100% to 99% due to self-consumption. After the SOC drops to 99%, unplug the charging cable. The machine works normally (it can be turned on even if the charging cable is unplugged). Then, re-plug the charging cable for charging. However, the SOC is not accurate at this time. It may take a long time to recharge from 99% to 100%. After it is fully charged, you can continue to use it normally.

給電をしても100%の表示のままです。
DCはiPhoneの充電しかしてません。

Hi @shinshinshin, For this issue, please try disconnecting all loads and then restart the EB3A. Does that help?
If not, please press and hold the AC and LED power button when the problem happened to view the error code.

Hi @shinshinshin, A026 indicates an overcurrent on the AC output. If this error occurs while only charging an iPhone, it seems unusual.
