D300S PV Drop Down Module Compatibility

Good Day Everyone

I currently own an AC200max and I finally purchased an extension battery, with plans of getting a 2nd one next month. I also currently have 2 (545w Solar Panels) which work perfectly when the sun is out, maxing the solar input of the AC200max. My goal was to overpanel by at least 1 or 2 more panels, for those cloudy/rainy days.

So with the AC200max’s PV limitation voltage of (145 VOC), the D300S PV Drop Down Module was perfect for making this possible. Is it compatible with the AC200max? and if not is Bluetti planning on making something similar for the very popular AC200max? (I believe it’s an accessory many would love to have.

Also are there any recommendations as to a work around, incase the D300S isn’t compatible. (fingers crossed)

It’s not recommended to get D300S as it’s unnecessary. AC200MAX has a maximum input of only 900W, you might consider getting a D050S instead to boost your solar panel input capacity.

I did consider getting the D050S Charging Enhancer, but my only concern was (the fans in the charger) constantly spinning the whole day. Since my AC200max is in my home office, using the (standard charger) for charging was a bit too loud. Hence I ended up getting solar panels.

I was really hoping for a less noisy solution, unless the D050S isn’t as loud as the standard charger, but thank you for the reply
