Cycling a new AC180 ( from a newbie )

Hi, new member here - just received my AC180 this morning. This is a first time experience so please bear with me as I get to know the forum :pray:. I have 2 ( probably daft ) questions

  1. How many times should I cycle the battery before proper use ?
  2. Does it really need to get to 0% ?
    Any guidance gratefully received.

Someone may disagree but the AC180 does not need to be cycled before use.
Also, you don’t want to discharge the AC180 to 0%.

Welcome @Edwardo welcome to the 180 gang.
Not a problem it’s dead easy all you need to do is charge to full from mains nothing else connected then discharge until the unit shuts down (in one continues motion)then charge back up to full and that’s you all ready to go battery calibrated as a rule of thumb I do it every 3 months or so just to keep the bms correct.
