I have a question for @BLUETTI_CARE about using the SolarX 4K with my AC300. I have 4 B300 batteries connected to the AC300, with two batteries connected to each of the expansion ports. For some reason the SolarX will not charge at all regardless of which set of two batteries I connect the SolarX to. However, if I disconnect the battery pair from the AC300 while the SolarX is connected then it will start charging the pair of batteries. Connecting those batteries back to the AC300 will cause charging to stop again. This behavior is consistent regardless of which pair of batteries I connected the SolarX to.
I have all available updates installed on the AC300, the SolarX 4K, and all the batteries as well. The AC300 s/n is AC3002451000818850. What do I need to do to get the charging to work?
For information, I have 3000 watts of solar panels connected to the SolarX 4K, with a Voc of 444 volts.
Hi @hnymann, Please note that to make the AC300 compatible with the SolarX 4K, you need to upgrade to the new firmware first.
We have already obtained the SN code of your AC300. Please also inform us of its current firmware version so that we can push the new firmware to you.

Please upgrade the firmware tomorrow. Please do not load any device when upgrading it.

Hello @BLUETTI_CARE ! I have applied the firmware, and it corrected the issue. My AC300 is now charging well with the SolarX 4K.
