I’ve got an Apex 300 and B300K steup. It’s been connected and running in my basement for about a week with no issues. I normally connect to it and check it’s status and my solar input over the app on my phone. The last two days it seems like the Apex 300 is losing connection to the cloud servers. When I check on my settings the Apex 300 by connecting via bluetooth, it still shows that it’s connected to WIFI, just that it can’t talk to the cloud servers. Currently its 45 minutes since it communicated to the cloud. My Deco mesh network is stable and has no issues with any other equipment. Is anyone else having issues with the cloud server communication?
One of my AC300’s did that yesterday until it was restarted. Never done it before so may they had a glitch or something.
Thanks for the suggestion! I restarted the apex 300 this afternoon (which is a major pia when you have to unplug the solar and the grid connections). So far it’s been working flawlessly since the restart. I’ll keep a close eye on it since I’m trying to make sure one of my solar panels keeps producing.
Well, it’s having issues talking to the cloud servers again and this time a reboot didn’t fix it. I’ll reach out to support and open a ticket I guess.
My Apex300 is having the same issues, I have a secondary WiFi router that I switched to
that I believe has a bit stronger signal. 2 weeks or so now seems ok…
My main router WiFi is connected to 2 AC200L systems that have never had a connectivity
issue, all systems are located in the same room. Apex300 would not stay connected on my main router WiFi that the AC200L’s have no issues on.
