Cloud Control Mode

I just received an error when trying to change some settings on my EP760…

“Your device is currently under Cloud Control. Control via the app is unavailable.”

This is a big red flag for me… if there is a safety issue on site I need to be able to turn the EP760 on or off.

Whomever is running the test please contact me immediately.

Sorry for the inconvenience. After confirmation, we learned that the app has released a new version. Please upgrade to the latest version and follow the method in the images below to troubleshoot the Wi-Fi connection issue.

I believe some VPP tests are underway, but no one has asked for my permission to control my ep760.

I have already contacted the BLUETTI Australia team. Has Patrick (Technical Support Specialist) from the team contacted you to resolve this issue?

Thank you for following up… yes Patrick and I have connected… I am waiting on a follow up.

I know there is more work to be done in this space and frankly I am questioning my investment in Bluetti right now.

Given what has occurred, I won’t post anymore details until this is resolved.

I will ask one more question, without a working B500, there isn’t any solar captured or exported to the grid, is that expected behaviour?
