My Bluetti AC200L is powered by solar only, and it keeps clicking around sunset and sunrise (which wakes me up!)
How do I stop this from happening without needing to disconnect the solar panels every night and reconnect them the next day?
Hi @Anita, as the sun rises, the lighting conditions constantly change, and the AC200L keeps attempting solar charging. However, the morning sunlight may not be sufficient, and the input voltage does not reach the minimum required for solar input.
For this situation, we have also developed a new DSP for the AC200L. If needed, please provide your AC200L’s SN code along with the DSP version. We hope this will help resolve the issue.
It’s actually my daughter’s - she has 2.
Serial Numbers are 2413000017137 and 2413000015509.
Where does she find the DSP version?
Also, no historical data is appearing in her app. She has iOS 16.7.8, and she has the latest Bluetti app update.

Hi @Anita, We would like to know if your daughter has logged in and connected these 2 AC200L to the Bluetti app. You can find the “Setting” and then find out the “Firmware Upgrade” page through the app. Please take a screenshot of that page and share it with us. I’ve attached an example for your reference.

Sorry - thank you for following up. Still waiting for my daughter to get back to me. I will remind her! (She has been sleeping outside the vehicle where the AC200Ls are, so the clicking isn’t waking her up at the moment, but obviously it would still be good to fix it.)

As far as I know, your daughter has 2 AC200L, is that so?
Can you tell us the SN code and the firmware version one by one?
Then we will push the new firmware to all of these 2 AC200L.

Please do not load any device when upgrading it.
