Charging Issue with Bluetti EB3A Stations

I am writing to inform you about an issue I am experiencing with my Bluetti EB3A stations. The stations do not charge at 110 volts and only begin to charge at 115 volts. The average voltage in my household is between 105-112 volts, which makes it impossible for me to use the stations. Only during the night, when the voltage reaches around 115 volts, am I able to charge the stations.

I have heard that in such cases, it is possible to send a firmware update based on the serial number of the device, which removes this software lock. Could this be done for my two EB3A stations?

Your voltage is abnormally low and the resolution is with the source of your power.

Hi @Kiril , I agree with @Scott-Benson 's suggestion. Your input voltage is too low and not stable. Currently, we don’t have a new firmware that could resolve this problem.
That is the reason why the EB3A can’t AC charge, we suggest you charge the EB3A with a solar panel.

Hi @Kiril, our R&D department issued a new firmware does help to resolve this problem, can you tell us the current firmware version and SN number of your EB3A? And which country’s version of your EB3A is? Then we will apply for further service for you.
