Charging Bluetti AC500 with 30A AC cable

Hello,

I received my 30A AC cable for my Bluetti AC500 today (2xB300). I am attempting to charge the unit from a generator (7200w, 30A output) using the 30A output from the generator (3600w) and I am only able to charge the AC500 at 1800w.

Is there a setting I need to change to allow the unit to charge at 3600w instead of 1800w? The generator is more than sufficient, and I have output a 3600w load previously without any issue. Has anyone encountered this problem?

@amac It can be set in the basic settings to adjust the input current.
