Charging AC200L with 2000W pure sine inverter.

I’m looking to purchase an AC2000L inverter but my only charging options are solar and hopefully my older Generac IQ2000 pure sine wave inverter. Will this inverter be able to charge the Unit? It has 2000W starting & 1600w running power.

Also, if not in a big hurry, would a PV350 solar panel do the job adequately? I keep reading mixed reviews about these panels. I’d also be open to fixed panels if there are any suggestions. I’m in California.

Thanks in advance,
J

Your genny should be ok to charge the AC200L. The 200L has 3 charge settings, 800W, 1,200W and 2,400W. The 2 lower settings are ok, the higher not.
For me, 800W would be better for battery life anyway. If your genset produces unstable power, the AC200L has a “Grid Adaption mode” to assist accepting that instability. If it doesn’t charge, it’s genset output, not the Bluetti.

You can use any type of solar panel. so long as it sits within the 12-145VoC input range of the 200L The 145V is a hard limit, exceeding this causes damage to the power station. Also the input has a 15A limit, for 1,200W of solar.
