Charging AC200 Max while driving

I’m charging my AC200Max while driving using the 12-volt onboard starting battery by connecting it to the Bluetti solar input cable. It seems to work fine, as long I make sure to disconnect it from the AC200Max when turning off the engine. I want to confirm if I’m doing anything wrong. Thanks a lot.

That is completely fine since your AC200Max will draw about 8 A from the cigarette socket which is safe on most conditions.
.
Please make sure your cigarette socket is clean, and the AC200Max 12 V cable adapter is well inserted into both ends. Dirty contacts prevent current flow by creating resistance that dissipates into heat so you should carefully check your connections and make sure they always remain well connected to each other.

@bluetti_bcalertpalgmailcom Please set the DC input source to Others. Make sure to secure it before charging to avoid any poor contact issues.
