Charger1 Bluetooth quit working

I have been using in a permanent fashion a Charger1 since about October of last year. It powers an AC200L within my overland rig and hence a Dometic CFX5 75 fridge. Not long after getting the unit it started turning on/off on occasion. 6ga wire with 60A circuits breaker at battery on 15’ run direct to charger1. New Ford Expedition. Now, I was out of town for a couple weeks and when I came back, the Bluetooth will not work with the unit. So, I am unable to adjust it at all. It is stuck on 30V of output/300W +/-. The app doesn’t see it. I have removed the app and reloaded it. The app sees my other four Bluetti power stations, but not the Charger1. It is still charging, but only at 30V. How can I get a replacement for this unit?

Hi @cofreeman101

it depends o the shop, where you buy it. When you buy it directly from Bluetti or a authorized reseller, than have a look at your local bluetti website for contact information.

Otherwise, you need to request this at the shop directly

Hi @cofreeman101, We are concerned that the Bluetooth module of Charger 1 may be faulty, causing it to fail to connect.
Yes, please refer to @Selfmadestrom’s advice and contact the seller to arrange a replacement.
