My Bluetti AC200P and Charger 2 not charging? PV/Car Over Voltage and PV/Car Low Voltage. Only charging through alternator, no solar. Sometimes it stays in standby mode on the charger 2 and sometimes it steady on. Briefly it charges, then back down to zero. Any info would help. Thanks
