Hello bluetti community
Today I did a test with my charger 1 on my ram 2500 to charge my ac200l in my fifth wheel I added a 30 foot cable to the cable that comes with the charger The result is that my charger only pushes 220 watts I connected the cables on the driver’s side to one of the two batteries and the added cable is grade 6 awg Thank you for your help
Hi @Duc, Based on the screenshot, we noticed that you have set the output to 27V.
Please adjust it to 50V or higher to improve the charging power.
Please let us know if it works.
My charger one installed this week is performing about the same as the one above with 27 V and transferring only 218 W. This is going to an AC180 that was paired automatically with the charger one. What should the voltage be for AC180? How do I correct this?
Hi @ejh, The AC180 accepts a DC input voltage range of 12- 60V, so we recommend adjusting the voltage accordingly.
You can select the AC180 model from Charger 1’s app settings to ensure proper pairing.
We have attached a screenshot for reference. Hope this helps.
