Charger 1 Bluetooth No Longer Working

I installed the Charger 1 in late December. It worked great on install. I used it to charge my 200L, no problem. Went in and changed to voltage to charge my other unit- a GoalZero Yeti and reduced it to about 24 volts in the settings just to be careful. Worked great. No issues.

Today, I started by truck and wanted to connect to the Charger 1 via the app to reset the voltage again to charge my Bluetti and the app couldn’t connect to the Charger 1. It said that it has not been seen for over 20 days in the app. I checked my Bluetooth devices and it didn’t see the Charger 1 at all. I restarted everything (phone and shut off breaker to Charger 1), it made no changes. I deleted the app and re-installed it, and no changes. Still cant connect to the Charger 1. When I select Charger 1 under my devices, I get a message that “Charger 1 cannot be found. Please make sure you have enabled Bluetooth on your phone and Bluetti device and keep your phone close to the device”. My phone is directly next to the Charger 1 when doing this.

I plugged the Charger 1 into my 200L and it is charging- but it is charging at the voltage I had set previously- 24V. All the lights are normal and it comes on and off with the truck as it should. I just cant get the app connected too it to change the voltage to what it needs to be.

Anyone had this issue and anything fix it?

Did you check the cable connection of the charger 1? Maybe on of the cables get loose while driving and you missing plus or minus to have a actual power input.

Yep. All cables checked and tight. The charger works (at lower set voltage), just wont connect to Bluetooth to allow me to reset the voltage back to the original voltage for charging the Bluetti.

Is there any chance that the charger 1 device shows up in your phone’s list of bluetooth devices (ie: not only in the Bluetti app)? If it does, remove it from there, and then see if the app will function.

Hi @polar, For this issue, could you please provide us with the SN code of your Charger 1?


We recommend trying to scan the QR code to bind it, or you can manually enter the SN code to bind it. Does that help?
