Charger 1 and 2 with outboards

hi

looking for some feedback on the pros and cons of the following setup with either a charger 1 or charger 2 (preferred).

I have a catamaran with 2 Yamaha 9.9 high thrust outboard motors each has alternator output of 12v -6a with rectifier regulator. 3 batteries starter 12v AGM 163 amp-hour. I have a small array of solar panels that are set up to charge all 3 batteries.

I am looking to install the charger 2 on the starter battery to feed into an elite200 v2 portable power station to provide 240v and other power when we are on the boat.

I envisage that any surplus solar from the existing setup will feed the elite v2 together with the DC power when we are under way.

I will separately look to get portable solar panels to charge the elite 200 via solar when at anchor.

Does this work, any pitfalls to watch out for.

Thanks
