@BLUETTI_CARE Well I ordered an Apex 300 Off-Grid parallel kit + Solar X 4K + Home integration kit back in june,
things are starting to filter in, altho for some reason TWO Solar X’s showed up today! I was of the impression onlye one is used? But my real question/concern here is the charge cable, or the lack thereof. Yes, apparently I somehow overlooked ascertaining the Solar X CAME with the cable to connect it to the Apex 300 or to one of the batteries.
But apparently it does not! Really stupid if you ask me. That said, I do also have an email fired off to Indigogo Crowdfunding (Sansa) about how to acquire one, but upon perusing the Bluetti site there seems to be none, and the one that’s the closes that could be made to use is of course sold out, and has been for months. Any one got any new news on these? Do I have almost $6000 worth of useless Bluetti equipment on the way? Thank you
Hi @twrenn22, Tim, Edit your post prior to the first word (Well) to include @BLUETTI_CARE. This will tag your enquiry to Bluetti
Hi @twrenn22, We are deeply concerned about the issue you raised. We suspect that the logistics department accidentally sent duplicates.
Could you please tell us your service ticket number? Then we will investigate this matter.
Thank you, @Mandp, for your concern and explanations.
@Mandp…the contribution number is 2696 if this is what you’re referring to. Oddly, on a recent You Tube video I just watched this morning, where the guy was explaining the SolarX and it’s installation, etc., he then very briefly mentioned something about if you have two Apex 300’s you could have or use two Solar X’s, but he really didn’t say if you HAD to. So it’s a bit confusing. For info…I’m connecting 6 PV panels of 480W each, in series for 276V and I believe the Amps is around 14. I assume only one SolarX is needed/required to power up what will eventually be one Apex300 connected to my EXISTING 4-B300 batteries (using the good ol’ AC300 at the moment), as well as the second Apex 300 connected to the two newly acquired B300K batteries with the Hub 1 parallel connections. Then the plan is to connect all that to your new Home Integration Kit once it arrives. As mentioned I’m just worried about acquiring all the cables, but then I realized a lot is being shipped separately so I’ll wait it out! Being ADHD see, waiting is difficult! Sorry. Hope this helps.
Hi @twrenn22, We need some more specific information, and it would be very helpful if you could provide the email address used when placing your order. Please click on my profile picture, select “Message,” and then send me a private message.
We will arrange to follow up on this matter.
