I have an AC 180 and a 200 w solar panel with charge controller. Can I split off the solar panel with MC4 connectors into the charge controller to charge the battery and then the other leg going directly into the AC180? Other research tells me to go through the battery and then into the AC180 but I don’t think its clear they know there is a built in charge control.
