Changing Max Amps to 30A on AC300

Dear Bluetti Community,

I have an EV Charging Station Cable and was told that I need to change my max Amp input to 30A in order to use it so that I can charge my AC300 at, say, ChargePoint stations or what have you.

However, even after getting the password from a Bluetti representative and unplugging everything except for the main cord between the AC300 and the B300, when I click on “30A”, nothing happens. It’s as if the system doesn’t recognize that I’ve clicked “30A”. I also tried to use the option of “User Defined”. Again: when I type in “30” and hit “enter”, nothing happens. The system doesn’t seem to actually switch to 30A of max amp input. And so I’m left unable to use my EV Charging Station Cable to charge my AC300 at EV charging stations while I’m on the road.

Can someone please assist me on this?

Thanks so much in advance for your time and consideration.

Sincerely,

@bluettiover
Please re-adjust the current when you cut off the input and output.
Or upgrade the firmware to the latest on the app and try adjust it on the app. Also because the machine is on silent mode, try turning it off and then adjusting it. Can you provide SN code of AC300 by the way?

Hi,

It turns out that the this was the trick: for whatever reason, you must first increase from 15A to 20A. Then from 20A to 25A. Then from 25A to 30A. If you are presently set on 15A, then if you try to click 30A it simply won’t work.

That did the trick for me, at any rate. And now at 25A I’m getting a steady 2100W from AC wall outlets and am charging up faster than ever before. I hope this post hopes someone in the future.

Thanks and happy to continue the conversation.
