Cannot load AC300 via Aviation Port CP1 and a diesel generator

I have a AC300 with one battery pack and a pramac PMD 5000s diesel generator

If i connect AC300 via Aviation Port CP1 directly to my diesel generator - nothing happens. AC300 wont load.

The diesel generator has a Frequency of Hz 50 and an Voltage Output of V230 and uses an AVR Automatic Voltage Regulator.

What do I wrong?

@claus80 Hi, please ensure your AC300 has been updated to the latest firmware. Also, set the AC output voltage frequency to the same 50Hz and 230V. If it doesn’t work, try to reduce the input current.
