I bought a Bluetti AC180P station yesterday. First thing I did was check the station and install the Android app v2.3.21.
The station was perfectly controlled via an Android application. But I updated IoT version to v9046.04 from v9046.01 or v9046.03 (I don’t remember exactly). After this update I can’t connect to the station, or I can connect for a couple of seconds - I usually get an “Not found” or “Connection timeout” error. I tried to clear the app cache, unbind device, use “Offline mode”, but nothing help.
Also, I tried to install Bluetti App v2.3.20 on the iOS, the connection situation is a little better, I can connect to the station for about 10-15 seconds. After that I get the same error as on the Android app. I tried to update ARM from v2125.03 to v2125.04, but update process stucks about 0-7% before I get the “Connection timeout” error. Then stations was rebooted.
Bluetti AC180P info:
IoT: v9046.04
ARM: v2125.03
DSP: v2126.03
SN: AC180P2447000974248
Hi @VladyslavM, It appears that the issue may be caused by a failed firmware upgrade.
We’ve already pushed the new DSP v2126.04 — could you try using a different phone to continue the upgrade? Hopefully, that helps.
If you don’t have access to another phone, or if you’re still unable to upgrade or connect via Bluetooth, please record a short video showing the issue, upload it to a cloud drive, and share the link with us so we can investigate further.
hi @BLUETTI_CARE , thanks for the quick answer. I tried different Android and iOS devices to update the DSP. But unfortunately I couldn’t do it. I can connect to the station for about 10-15 seconds. After that I get the “Connection timeout” error. The DSP update progress bar stucks about 0-4% before I get the “Connection timeout” error. The station was rebooted after I got the error.
May is there an option to rollback IoT? I remember that it was updated very quickly, maybe I’ll be able to rollback it in a few seconds before get the “Connection timeout” error.

I can record a video if it is really necessary because the process of reproducing the error is quite simple:
- Open Bluetti app on the mobile device and login into your account
- Turn-on AP1850P station
- Connect to the station in Bluetti app. On this moment, a Bluetooth indicator on the station’s display is enabled.
- If connection success, I will get the “Timeout” error after about 10-15 seconds. Bluetooth indicator on the station’s display will be disabled.
So, I can’t update DSP because Bluetooth connection is lost after a few seconds.
@BLUETTI_CARE may it will be helpful: sometimes I get “SN cannot be empty” error in the bluetti application when try to connect to the station.
Hi @VladyslavM, We’re more than happy to assist you. However, we’re unable to locate your original IOT file, so we’re currently unable to arrange a firmware rollback for you.
Thank you for providing the detailed error codes. We’ve forwarded the information to our technical team for further analysis and will get back to you once we receive a response.
Hi @VladyslavM, We’ve now received a response from our technical team. They would like to know whether the error alarms — “SN cannot be empty” and “Connection timeout” — only occur during the DSP firmware upgrade process, or if they also appear on the device home screen without any operation.
If possible, providing a video showing the sequence before and after the alarms would be very helpful for further analysis.
Additionally, they would like to confirm whether the ARM firmware upgrade process proceeded normally.
